By registering for, accessing, or using DhanGrow's mobile application, website (dhangrow.in), or any of our financial services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure Document, and any other applicable policies.

You agree NOT to use DhanGrow for any of the following prohibited activities:

All fees are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected during the current billing cycle.
All content, software, algorithms, brand assets, and technology on the DhanGrow platform are the exclusive intellectual property of DhanGrow Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, Trade Marks Act, 1999, and Patents Act, 1970.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the DhanGrow app and website solely for personal financial management. This does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our platform or content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DhanGrow's total cumulative liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to DhanGrow in the 12 months preceding the claim.
